Prohibited Goods and Services on secretroom.lv

On secretroom.lv, the posting of the following goods and services is strictly prohibited:

1. Weapons and Military Equipment
   - Firearms, ammunition, and related components.
   - Military equipment, parts, and devices.
   - Firearms (including hunting, pneumatic, and paintball guns) and accessories.
   - Collectible weapon replicas, knives (except kitchen, folding, and office knives).

2. Explosive and Poisonous Substances
   - Explosive substances and detonators.
   - Poisonous substances and protective measures against them.
   - Technical documentation for the production and use of explosive and poisonous substances.

3. Rocket Fuel and Radioactive Materials
   - All types of rocket fuel and specialized equipment for their production.
   - X-ray equipment, radioactive substances, and waste.
   - Uranium and other fissile materials, including items containing them.

4. Scientific Research and Narcotics
   - Results of research and project work related to military equipment and armaments.
   - Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors, hallucinogens, and poisons.

5. Pornography and Prostitution
   - Pornographic materials and content violating legal boundaries.

6. Counterfeit and Stolen Goods
   - Counterfeit goods and stolen property.
   - Content that infringes on the privacy, dignity, or business reputation of individuals or companies.

7. Certified and Licensed Goods and Services
   - Goods requiring certification without the necessary certificates.
   - Services and goods requiring licenses without the appropriate licensing.

8. Financial Documents and Valuable Items
   - Forged currency and monetary instruments.
   - Foreign currency (except for numismatic purposes).
   - Government awards, personal documents, and official forms.
   - Stocks and securities.

9. Medical Preparations and Alcohol
   - Prescription medications, herbal medicines, dietary supplements, sports nutrition, weight-loss products, vitamins, Botox, and medical devices.
   - Ethanol, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, smoking mixtures, hookahs, and electronic cigarettes along with related consumables.

10. Human Organs and Tissues
   - Human organs and tissues, including services related to donation.
   - Surrogacy services.

11. Precious Metals and Rare Animals
   - Precious metals, rare earth elements, walrus tusks, elephant/mammoth ivory, and uncut gemstones.
   - Animals and plants listed in the **Red Data Book** or protected by international agreements.

12. Fishing Equipment and Extremist Materials
   - Fishing nets, electric fishing rods, traps, and materials for their manufacture.
   - Extremist materials, content inciting public disorder or terrorist activities, and promoting racial or religious hatred.

13. Spam and Confidential Data
   - Spam databases containing confidential information.
   - Vehicle documents and license plates.

14. Licensed Software and Accounts
   - Services violating licensed software or technical protection mechanisms.
   - Email, social media, blog, and instant messaging accounts, and accounts for games and other resources.

15. Collection and Transcendental Services
   - Collection or anti-collection services.
   - Transcendental services aimed at causing harm (e.g., witchcraft, curses, love spells).

16. Other Prohibited Goods and Services
   - Any goods and services that violate the laws of the Republic of Latvia and are removed from circulation.
   - Advertisements promoting violence, illegal actions, discrimination, foul language, offensive statements, fraud, and extortion
 

The owner reserves the right to supplement and amend the list of prohibited goods/services as necessary.
