Rules for submitting ads on the website “secretroom.lv”

Welcome to “secretroom.lv”! To ensure comfortable and safe use of our service, we ask you to follow the following rules when submitting ads:

2. Requirements to the content of ads
2.1 It is forbidden to place ads containing:
- Information promoting violence, hatred, discrimination, pedophilia, zoophilia, necrophilia.
- Advertising of prescription drugs (Viagra, Sialis, Levitra, etc.) and unregistered drugs (Kamagra, Vikalis VX, etc.).
- Information about prostitution, pimping, sexual exploitation.
- Materials that violate the copyrights of third parties.
- Links to other sites without special permission
2.2 All advertisements must be written in Russian or Latvian.
2.3 The title of the advertisement must clearly reflect the essence of the offer and be brief.
2.4 The text of the advertisement must be informative and contain all necessary details.
2.5. Photos and videos attached to the advertisement must correspond to the description and be of high quality

3. Paid and free announcements
3.1 When placing paid advertisements, the user is notified of the cost of the service.
3.2 Paid advertising banners are placed after agreement with the Webmaster.
3.3 Free ads are placed in the appropriate sections and are subject to the same rules as paid ads.

4 User's Liability
4.1 The User is fully responsible for the content of the posted advertisement.
4.2 In case of violation of the rules, the ad may be deleted without prior notice, and the user's access to the site is limited.
4.3 It is forbidden to use unauthorized data of third parties when submitting ads.

5. Contact information
5.1 Contact information (phone numbers, e-mail addresses) may be indicated only in the fields provided for this purpose and must not be placed in the text of the advertisement.
5.2 All contact information must be up-to-date and belong to the user who placed the ad.

6. Moderation and deletion of ads
6.1 The Webmaster reserves the right to moderate all posted ads.
6.2 Ads that violate the rules will be removed without explanation.
6.3. The Webmaster is not responsible for the content of the advertisements, but controls their compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and the rules of the Website.

7. Changes to the rules
7.1 The Webmaster reserves the right to change these rules. The changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the website.
7.2 Users are obliged to regularly check that the rules are up to date.
